  • What is the age restriction for GAFFFF Sorriso?

    The event is not recommended for individuals under 18 years old. However, minors may attend subject to the conditions established in the Terms of Use available on the event’s official website.

    What are the event access requirements?

    Access to the event will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid registration or ticket and a government-issued photo ID.

    What are the event operating hours?

    Gates will open at 8:00 AM and and will close at 6:00 PM. The full schedule and official operating hours will be available in the “Program” section of the event’s official website.

    Which entrance should I use to access the event?

    Gate 1: General Public + Press (There will be separate registration counters)

    Gate 2: Exhibitors

    Gate 3: Services/Loading and Unloading (Reserved for setup)

    Gate 4: Authorities

    Can I leave and re-enter the event?

    Yes. Re-entry will be permitted upon presentation of the badge, valid registration or ticket, and government-issued ID.

    How do I get to the event?

    The event will take place at the Sorriso Technology Park.

    Whenever possible, we recommend using ride-sharing apps, taxis, or shared transportation services for greater convenience when traveling to the venue.

    Additional information regarding access routes, parking, and mobility will be announced closer to the event date through GAFFFF Sorriso’s official channels.

  • Registration and Tickets
  • Is the event free of charge?

    Access to the Business Fair and Technology Park will be free of charge, subject to mandatory prior registration.

    Registrations must be completed exclusively through the Sympla platform via the link below:

    To access the Forum (GAF) and the full GAFFFF Sorriso conference and content program, a specific ticket purchase will be required and will also be available through the same platform.

    I did not register before the event. Will I still be able to enter?

    Yes. Event access requires mandatory registration. Participants who have not completed their registration in advance through Sympla may do so on-site, subject to service flow and wait times upon arrival.

    However, we strongly recommend completing registration in advance, as pre-registered participants will benefit from faster access and shorter entrance lines.

    How can I get help with ticket-related questions or issues?

    Is registration or ticket ownership mandatory?

    Yes. During on-site check-in, participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the registration information provided. The name registered will be used for badge issuance.

    Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

    Yes. Ticket transfers can be completed directly through the ticket area on the Sympla platform, either via the website or the official app.

    Can I cancel my ticket?

    Yes. Ticket cancellations can be processed directly through the ticket area on the Sympla platform, in accordance with the platform’s current policies.

  • How do I collect my badge?

    Badges will be distributed in person during the participant check-in process at the event.

    What should I do if I lose or damage my badge?
    • Lost badge: The issuance of a new badge will be subject to review and approval by the event organization.
    • Damaged badge: Participants should visit the credentialing desk for evaluation and possible replacement.
    Can I request a replacement badge?

    The issuance of a replacement badge will be subject to review and approval by the event organization.

  • Is food included with the ticket?

    No. Food and beverage services will be sold separately during the event and are not included in any registration or ticket category.

    What food options will be available at the event?

    The event will feature a food court, special culinary operations, and lounge areas with a variety of food and beverage options available throughout the festival.

    In addition, GAFFFF Sorriso will feature special gastronomic activations and experiences related to Brazilian barbecue culture and cuisine.

    How does the Arena de Fogo work?

    Arena de Fogo will be one of the festival’s special culinary attractions, dedicated to barbecue culture and open-fire cooking experiences.

    The space will feature guest pitmasters, live cooking demonstrations, gastronomic experiences, and food products available for separate purchase.

    Participation in activities will be subject to venue capacity and the event’s official programming.
